Thank you for choosing me for social media and email marketing services. I’m excited about the work we are going to do together!
I am committed to providing the very best service and you can definitely count on me to provide great support. Here’s what you can expect when you work with me.
Working Week
I will respond to your emails within 24 hours during the working week. Effort will be made to respond to emails over the weekend but if I am unavailable, I will make contact as soon as possible thereafter.
My working hours are typically 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. That said, I am not always in front of my laptop during these hours. If you need to speak with me, book a slot here https://calendly.com/vickigoldblattsocial/letstalk
Rush Jobs
I understand that no matter how much we plan, things pop up and must be dealt with immediately. I will always be honest as to whether I have the capacity to fully complete the task or discuss ways in which I can assist that time allows for.
Holidays
My business observes all UK national and religious holidays. This means that if you have any deadlines during this time we will need to take into account these holidays.
If I take a holiday at other times in the year I will give you advance warning. My services and events are paused each August for family time. If I feel I will not be able to fully engage with your social channels during any break then your invoice for the month will be reflected to show that.
My next planned breaks are:
21st – 25th October 2024
23rd December 2024 – 3rd January 2025
14th – 21st February 2025
1st – 31st August 2025
20th – 24th October 2025
22nd December 2025 – 2nd January 2026
Payment
My Buy Now services are purchased via the Services page.
Work on a new project will not commence until the first invoice has been settled.
Subsequent recurring monthly invoices are issued on the 15th or 30th of each month. Payments can be spread across the month if it is preferable for you. Bank transfers should be paid within 7 working days.
Brand Assets
Please share with me any marketing assets that you already have. This might include a brand style guide, fonts, colour palettes, stock images, social media templates, and brand photography. Seeing them will really help me to get a sense of your business, and create marketing materials that are completely in line with your brand.
Reviews
Social media management services are offered for a minimum period of 3 months.
I suggest a three-monthly review to discuss progress, after the first three months to give the opportunity to review all elements of our working arrangements.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is very important to me so you can be sure that all of your private information is protected. If you share your passwords with me you can be sure that the information is stored securely.
Notice period
Should you wish to end our arrangement then I require 1 month’s notice. I will offer you 1 month’s notice should I need to end the agreement also.

If you have any problems or are unhappy about any element of the work I carry out for you, please do not hesitate to speak or email me so we can resolve any issues. I hope you find my work to be of excellent quality, I do however welcome both positive and negative feedback.
